Shipping Time
For our store hours and closures, please visit our Help Zone. Displayed transit times at checkout are an estimate and are not guaranteed. Deliveries can take longer depending on your location and carrier delays. See the international section below for shipping information. Orders paid by Paypal e-check are not shipped until the payment clears--usually 3 to 4 business days. Please note: Signature will be required on packages that are very expensive due to the risk of them being lost or stolen.
Ship to address
Please be sure to provide an address that is a safe and secure location to deliver your package. We are not responsible for items stolen from your mailbox or residence. We will ship to the shipping address that you provide in the "Ship to" field. Please check this address on the final checkout page to confirm that it is correct to avoid reship charges and lost packages. Packages "returned to sender" or "not deliverable" for wrong address, etc. are charged actual postage to reship. Actual postage will be deducted from your credit if you refuse a package or do not want a "non deliverable" package resent. If paying by Paypal, we do not use the shipping address provided on the Paypal payment--we use the one provided at checkout on this website.
Free Shipping Offer on all US Orders, No Minimum Purchase
Free shipping with insurance and tracking applies to all U.S. orders (including APOs, Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Territories). Upgraded shipping is available for the continental U.S. and is recommended if you would like to receive your order within 2 to 5 business days. All shipping times are estimates only. Faster shipping methods are available for an additional charge at checkout. For guaranteed delivery including FedEx 3 day, 2 day and next day air, please contact us for rates.
International Orders
International orders do not receive free shipping. *** Please note that we are not responsible for custom charges (VAT or any other duties). These will be billed separately by your local tax authorities. The best way to get a shipping quote is to add the items you want in the cart. After putting the shipping address in the appropriate fields, your shipping cost will calculate.
Please allow plenty of time for your package to arrive. Most are received within 10 business days but have taken as long as 6 weeks to arrive, although rare. We ship via USPS airmail, global priority mail, and express mail depending on the weight/value.
**Please note that GroVia, FuzziBunz, bumGenius!, Cotton Babies, and Flip products can not be shipped internationally.**
Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal. Cloth Diapers Inc will appear on your statement. Orders are charged to your credit card at checkout.
You may also choose to pay by money order. Please ship to: 276 North West Cir NW, Cleveland, TN 37312. Your order will ship when we receive the money order. ***Orders placed with an e-check through Paypal will not ship until the e-check has cleared which is usually 3 to 4 business days.
Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted on unwashed/unused items. Items received after 45 days are eligible for store credit or exchange only. Items are not returnable after 90 days. Refunds will not be given for packages in transit. There is no restocking fee for exchanges or refunds by store credit. Due to credit card processing fees and the high cost to ship packages all refunds to credit card or Paypal will be charged a 5% return charge and the actual shipping cost deducted if you received free shipping. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Exchanges usually ship for free to US addresses. We may ask for help with reshipping costs if the return is large and expensive to reship. You are responsible for all costs in returning a package to us. If we made an error on your order we will either send a postage paid mailer or reimburse you for shipping charges. For new defective merchandise please contact us for instructions.
Package returns (i.e. The Everything Package) are calculated by adding up the items kept as if purchased individually from the website. That total minus the original invoice, minus shipping costs if applicable, minus 5% is the amount refunded.
"Free" items earned with rewards, as freebies, etc. must be returned if you return the order. Any free items not returned will be deducted from the credit issued.
